Is is possible to avoid the £69 cost of hosting the web site for a year?
Yes it is. There are free web hosting services available however I recommend against it. Free services aren't as reliable and often restrict what your web site is able to do. If you decide that you really want to go with a free web hosting service then I will try and do this for you however you must accept that the quality of service may be reduced.
Will I be able to have my own custom web address for my web site (e.g. www.mywebsite.com)?
Yes you may. The cost of the web address is included in the £69 web hosting costs. You will only be able to have the addresses that have not already been purchased by other people.
Will you help me through the process of purchasing web hosting?
Yes we will.
I already have web hosting and a domain name. Will I still have to pay the £69 hosting cost?
No you will not, provided that you give me the information that I need to use the web space.
When do I have to pay? Do you require a deposit?
I ask for 50% of the cost to be paid before work starts and ask for the remaining 50% once the project has been completed.
You have completed my web site and I have paid you but I now want to add extra pages / make changes to the web site. Can I still do this?
Yes you can. I will give you a quote for the cost of the changes depending on what you want to change/add.
I have designed how I want my web site to look in an image editing program. Will you be able make it look exactly like I have designed it?
It is very likely that we will be able to do that, yes.
Some your packages offer 'Unlimited Photo Galleries' and 'Unlimited Photos'. Unlimited is a big number, what are it's actual constraints?
The real constraints are that you would not be able to add more images than there is space available on your web hosting package. It is highly unlikely that this will ever be a problem as the web hosting services that I use provide massive amounts of storage space.
I use the term unlimited because I do not cap the amount of images that can be added into galleries or the amount of galleries that can be added. Typically with the packages that offer unlimited photo's and galleries you as a customer are able to log in and add categories and images to the web site when ever you want. This gives you the ability to potentially hundreds of photo galleries with hundreds of images per gallery.
